DISCOVERING MY FIRST 'STAN : TASHKENT IN UZBEKISTAN

Welcome to the third and final part of my Uzbekistan posts! Tashkent  is the capital and the last city we stayed at,and also where we flew in and out of . Tashkent is a huge and really modern city. I didn't really get to experience if they had any nightlife or get to stroll around the center or anything like that but like Bukhara and Samarkand, Tashkent is still filled with lots of historical buildings and beautiful picturesque blue domes and towers. Lots of picture perfect sites, especially when you combine it with the cloudless blue sky! Check out the photos below!

DISCOVERING MY FIRST 'STAN : BUKHARA , UZBEKISTAN

A few months ago I took a trip to Uzbekistan with my family. I know, I know, it took me sooo long to write about it here - forgive me for that but as the cliché saying goes, better late than never right? Anyway, Uzbekistan. This country is located in Central Asia - bordered by Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgystan, Tajikistan and Afghanistan ( lots of 'tan countries!). It was my first time to visit any country in Central Asia.  I will be doing my Uzbekistan posts in three parts. Since we visited three cities in all (Tashkent, Bukhara and Samarkand), I will be doing one city per post. Today's post will be all about Bukhara. P.S.
